There are no time contracts, nor are there minimum or maximum timescales, however if you are embarking on a telemarketing campaign for the first time, experience tells us that two days is usually a good rule of thumb, during which time we aim to make between 240 and 300 calls.

virtualleads charges a day rate for clients and includes all follow-ups, including -

- Calling back busy executives

Cancellation
All cancellations must be received in writing by email and the following charges apply -
- Less than two days cancellation will incur a 100% charge
- Less than five days cancellation will incur a 50% charge
